HISD will vote on agenda item A-2 this Thursday, August 9 to set the bond election. Of the $1.8 billion, Davis is getting almost $47 million for a new facility.If you support Davis getting the money, sign-up to speak in support of it. Again, when filling out the form or online link, reference agenda item A-2.
How to Register to Speak:
- Citizens must register in advance to speak at Board of Education meetings.
- To comment on a specific agenda item,please complete this online form no later than 11:00 a.m. on the dayof the meeting. (Please note that if you are speaking about the bond, you should fill in the following: A-2 Bond Referendum Item)
- Citizens who wish to register in person may do so by printing out and completing this form (.pdf) and returning it to the Office of Board Services (4400 West 18th Street, 77092). They may also fax the completed form to 713-556-6115. Please note that the deadlines listed above still apply.
