The Jeff Davis Hispanic Alumni Association is sponsoring an “Accessories Fundraiser” on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Jeff Davis High School, Commons Area, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.  Accessories will include gently, gently women’s worn shoes, purses, scarves, belts and costume jewelry ONLY.

Please bring your items to the monthly meeting scheduled for July 24, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the Jeff Davis Library (second floor).  However, if you are unable to bring them on this evening, please call the members listed below to make other arrangements for pick up.

This serves as a reminder for our July 24, 2014 meeting.

At the next meeting for those who can make it early we are starting at 6:00pm to begin collating the mail-out for the Gala.

Rose will also be taking a photo for the Gala brochure of all the officers and a group photo of the members.

Anyone who wishes to donate door prizes for the next Coushatta trip scheduled for Sat., Aug 16 should also bring them to the meeting.

3. Group photo of members and also of the officers
4. Members will select tables (according to club seniority) for the Gala.
