Distinguished Sponsorship Levels
- HEADMASTER – $3,000 and up
- COUNSELOR – $2,000 to $2,999
- MENTOR – $1,000 to $1,999
Donor/Membership Levels
_______ Platinum Sponsor – $500.00 – $999.00 scholarship donation – name appears in brochure under “Platinum Sponsors” and is advised of all functions
_______ Gold Sponsor – $250.00 – $499.00 scholarship donation – name appears in brochure under “Gold Sponsors” and is advised of all functions
_______ Silver Sponsor – $100.00 – 249.00 scholarship donation – name appears in brochure under “Silver Sponsors
_______ Bronze Sponsor – $50.00 – $99.00 Scholarship donation – name appears in brochure under “Bronze Sponsors
Davis/Northside HS Alumni
_______ Active Member – $15.00 annual fee per individual; must attend at least six meetings per year; voting privileges; name in annual Gala booklet; invitation to annual Scholarship and Officers’ Installation Banquet
_______ Associate Member – $25.00 annual donation – does not have to attend meetings; is advised of all functions; voting privileges if present at a meeting; name in annual Gala booklet
_______ Wall of Fame – $10.00 annual donation – name in Gala booklet; does not have to attend meetings; no voting privileges
Contributions received by September 1st. of the campaign year will be acknowledged in the Program Booklet, Our Dreams ~ Our Future, published for the Annual Gala, which is usually scheduled in October.
